On one late autumns Sunday afternoon, while watching "Lydia" with my son, he turned to me and asked "Mommy, can you make me that cake?" That cake was a "Sacher-Torte", which although not a very sweet dessert, it was a totally enjoyable experience for both my son and me. After many recipes and dozens of samples, I found that I really enjoyed baking and creating wonderful customized cupcakes and cakes. There is such an amazement for me to make each client's "Sacher-Torte" wish come true.
